snack: watermelon, green smoothie - soy milk, banana, and spinach
lunch: sandwich on whole wheat bread with marinated tofu, avocado, carrot, cucumber, spinach, and mustard
dinner: spicy tofu noodle salad, cucumber, broccoli, and radishes
snack: almonds, and a gala apple
