March 24th - Meal Preparation (post at www.ilovevegan.com/blog/) 2 serving portions of tofu, marinating in soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Spinach salads with sliced strawberries and kiwi, avocado, chopped almonds, and lemon poppy seed dressing (recipe at www.ilovevegan.com) Chopped and washed vegetables.
