Grocery shopping! We’re leaving for BC this Tuesday so we picked up some food for the next couple of days, and some for the trip. The first few days of the trip we’ll be camping, hiking, and going to hot springs, so we’ll need to pack lots of food and snacks!

We’re going to bring lots of water, and make some lemonade and iced tea. I’ll make a bunch of sandwiches, and chop up some fruit and vegetables. We’ve got hummus and avocado for dipping tortilla chips and vegetables, and coconut milk or soy milk for for coffee spots without vegan milk options. I’ve never seen anything like these dessert tofu tubes so I had to grab some for the road, and they have surprisingly normal sounding ingredients lists! Besides picking up some buns for sandwiches, granola, dried fruits and nuts for trail mix, we’re all set :)
